(G-4)

I am new to this group. Could someone please recommend some good books?

Answer(s):

Anything by Don Norman is a good place to start (e.g.: "The Psychology of Everyday Things", published in paperback under the title "The Design of Everyday Things"). They're easy reads and widely available.
